I have decided to eliminate beef from my diet. I have been team #nopork for about 3 years now. I've started the New Year with no meat, 🍞 or potatoes. I will practice this until March 1st. So 🙏🏾 for my strength SpiritFit Family!!!!!! What changes have you made for the new year? And any recipe ideas are up for negotiation 😒

Pork was pretty easy. I love steak so that's where my problem is going to be. But I guess we'll have to pray for each other 😉
I’m doing the same. That beef causes too much inflammation in the digestive tract. I would like to eliminate pork from my diet completely, but Breakfast makes it so hard to do. I’ve considered fresh fruits for breakfast. Y’all gonna have to pray for me.
