Service Description

This is a 4 week course designed specifically for you! You can choose between in person and/ or zoom meditation classes. One on one coaching sessions geared towards moving you into your purpose. This also comes with a spiritual journey journal! These weekly sessions are targeted to help heal and show you stress relief techniques that you can take with you! So if you need more inspiration or just a motivational push this is definitely for you!

Cancellation Policy

Most services require a deposit. Services must be cancelled 72 hours before or full payment and/or deposit will be kept. If any changes must be made to booking time please give 24 to 48 hour advance or booking may have to be rescheduled. Deposits are nonrefundable.
